AB999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AB999 platform, including the website at ab999.cx and the official mobile application. By registering an account, logging in or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of which section they use – Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Casino, or any promotional feature. Where individual game providers or promotions have specific rules, those additional rules apply alongside these general terms. In cases of conflict, the more specific rule takes precedence.

AB999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after any change to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use AB999 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid CNIC.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any company, organisation or third party.
• You must not be an existing AB999 account holder. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close relative of an AB999 employee or contractor.
• You must not have had a previous AB999 account closed due to a terms violation.

AB999 may request proof of eligibility at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill showing your Pakistani address, or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3. Accounts and Registration

When creating an account you must provide accurate and truthful information. AB999 does not accept registrations made using false names, fictitious identity details, or payment methods that do not belong to the registering individual. Any account found to have been created with inaccurate information may be closed and any balance forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact AB999 support immediately through the in-app chat.

Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, share or allow another person to use your account. Bets placed by someone other than the registered account holder are not the responsibility of AB999.

AB999 may, at its discretion, place an account under review, temporarily restrict activity or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, unusual activity patterns, or a risk to the security of the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties, anonymous sources or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to you are not accepted. If a deposit is received from an unverified source, the funds will be held pending verification and may be returned to the source if verification cannot be completed.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets that operate within the Pakistani financial system. All transactions are processed in PKR. AB999 does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. AB999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside AB999's control.

AB999 reserves the right to decline a deposit, request additional verification, or place a hold on recently deposited funds if there are security concerns. In such cases, support will contact you through your registered account within twenty-four hours.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available to verified account holders. You must complete identity verification using your CNIC before your first withdrawal request is processed. Verification is a one-time process under normal circumstances.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request to a different method.

AB999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one to six hours. Bank transfers and Raast transfers are generally processed within twenty-four hours during business days. AB999 does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawals from bonus-related balances are only available once the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled and only the original deposit amount being made available for withdrawal.

Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review. AB999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over a reasonable period, particularly where the transaction volume exceeds standard payment provider limits.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

AB999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus per individual, household and payment method is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements apply to eligible game types only. Bets on certain markets or game types may not count towards wagering requirements; this is stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a fixed expiry period from the date of credit. Unused or unmet bonus balances are forfeited on expiry.
• AB999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, any real-money balance in your account at that point remains available.
• Abuse of promotions – including multi-accounting, collusion, or pattern betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay – may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7. Sports Betting Rules

AB999 offers sports betting markets on Cricket, Football, Esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied. AB999 is not responsible for network delays that may affect when a bet confirmation is received.

For Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other formats, the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body is used to settle bets. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or cancelled, the applicable settlement rules are displayed on the relevant market page before placing.

AB999 reserves the right to void bets, adjust odds or suspend markets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, system errors, confirmed match-fixing investigations, or exceptional events outside the normal course of the sport. Players will be notified of any voids through their account transaction history.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip when placing a bet. Bets placed above the maximum limit may be partially accepted up to the limit amount.

8. Casino and Slots

Casino games – including Slots, Live Casino tables such as Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, and locally popular games such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar – are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. AB999 acts as the platform through which these games are delivered.

All Casino and Slots outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) processes. AB999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a Live Casino game, any bets already placed and accepted will be settled according to the game outcome. If a disconnection prevents a bet from being placed, no stake is deducted. AB999 cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each Casino and Slots game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. These limits may vary between games and between different table variants in the Live Casino.

9. Security and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AB999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Multi-accounting – creating or using more than one account to claim duplicate bonuses or exploit any promotional offer.
• Collusion with other players in Casino games or matched betting arrangements designed to exploit platform rules.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or any unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are not payable.
• Funding your AB999 account with proceeds from fraudulent, stolen or otherwise illegally obtained funds.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.

AB999 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, irregular account activity and potential fraud. Where a concern is identified, AB999 may place a temporary hold on the account pending a manual review. You will be contacted through your registered email or account notification if your account is placed under review.

10. Privacy and Data

AB999 collects personal information during registration and account verification, including your name, CNIC details, contact information and payment details. This information is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing and, with your consent, communications about offers and platform updates.

AB999 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
